Class Cancellation Policy

You can cancel classes up to 8 hours before the start time and incur no penalty. However, if cancelling within 8 hours of the scheduled start time you will receive a strike which lasts for 30 days, if you receive 3 strikes within a 30 day period your online booking privileges will be suspended for 7 days. No refunds will be given for non-member late cancellations or non attendances.
