Why Join Us:

We are a local leisure centre that prides itself on friendliness and approachability, an aspect which pervades all that we do. You will receive a warm welcome and support to get the right membership for you. You will receive a full induction, a clear programme with someone on hand to provide further support. You will also have interim reassessments to enable you to see the results of your hard work, keep you motivated towards your goals, and if necessary change your programme to maintain challenge and keep it fun.

Membership types:

Full Membership: The complete membership for all-round fitness.

Young Person Membership: (16 – 21 Years): An ideal stepping point for school/teen fit to adult membership.

Passport to Leisure: for seniors (60 years+,) full-time students and registered disabled customers.

Family Bolt On to Full Membership: for children aged 3-15 yrs, only children 11+ are able to use the gym during family hours.

GP REFERRAL (Healthworks)

Healthworks is a 12-week physical activity referral scheme designed to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and become more active. To access the scheme you will need to be 16 or over and have a referral from your GP/Healthcare professional. You may benefit from being on the scheme if you are sedentary, at risk of coronary heart disease or have a medical condition that can be managed by an increase in physical activity. You will be supported through the scheme with regular reassessments and lots of encouragement.

Personal Fitness Programmes: Tailored for you, your goals and your time.

Our professional fitness instructors will discuss with you your fitness goals and details of any specific events you are training for. We will then design a tailored fitness programme for you and take you through it stage by stage.
