We offer adult swimming lessons to cater for all skill levels – whether you want to learn to swim or need some help with stroke correction. Our qualified instructors can tailor each class to your individual requirements.

Our Adult Learn to Swim program are booked in half term blocks, allowing you to advance and progress at your own pace. Lessons run for 30 - 45 minutes and have a maximum of 8 students per lesson. Depending on your level, lessons are held in either our shallow training pool or our 25 metre main pool.
