You will receive a warm welcome and support to get the right membership for you. All memberships include the option to receive a full induction. You will also have the opportunity to book reassessments with one of our instructors to enable you to see the results of your hard work, keep you motivated towards your goals, and if necessary create a programme to maintain challenge and keep it fun.
Full Membership: The complete membership for all-round fitness. Individual and Joint memberships available. Full Individual £34 per month and Full Joint £58 per month.
Family Bolt On to Full Membership: For children aged 3-15 yrs, only children 11+ are able to use the gym under supervision of a full member (18+). £10 per child per month.
Young Person Membership: (16 – 21 Years): An ideal stepping point for school/teen fit to adult membership. £23 per month.
Passport to Leisure: For seniors (60 years+,) full-time students and registered disabled customers. £29 per month.
Healthworks is a 12-week physical activity referral scheme designed to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and become more active. To access the scheme you will need to be 16 or over and have a referral from your GP/Healthcare professional. You may benefit from being on the scheme if you are sedentary, at risk of coronary heart disease or have a medical condition that can be managed by an increase in physical activity. You will be supported through the scheme with regular reassessments and lots of encouragement.
Personal Fitness Programmes: Tailored for you, your goals and your time.
Our professional fitness instructors will discuss with you your fitness goals and details of any specific events you are training for. We will then design a tailored fitness programme for you and take you through it stage by stage.
