With over 20 years experience working within the fitness and combat sports industry's, Wayne has tried, tested and certified in a huge variety of different training and coaching methods. He believes there is no "one size fits all" plan and is passionate about working one to one to create the plan that will best suit you. After being diagnosed with Long Covid in 2020 he has been on quite the journey. He has learned to train holistically and listen to the cues given by your body, and has first hand experience of training whilst managing a long term health condition, so understands that the path to wellbeing is more than just what we do on the gym floor.
