This gym circuits class incorporates a wide range of body conditioning and fat burning exercises. A fast paced circuit that keeps that heart rate up and burns off the calories.

Highly adaptable and can work around injuries
Whole body exercise
Learn new exercises and techniques using weights and kettlebells that you can take away and integrate into your own workouts
Body weight exercises that you can do at home with no equipment
Water (We have fountains on site to refill bottles)
A small towel (use to wipe down mats, and also yourself!)
Comfortable gym wear
Sports bra (if necessary!)
Inhaler if you are asthmatic
